1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or using any feature on the 789phl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 789phl. 2 Eligibility

To register and use 789phl, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity without explicit disclosure and authorisation.

789phl reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately, and any funds involved will be handled according to applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on 789phl. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, payment details, or contact information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date. 789phl may require document verification before processing certain transactions, particularly for large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

Your login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person, including people who claim to represent 789phl. 789phl staff will never ask for your password through any channel.

789phl may suspend or close an account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or a breach of these terms, with or without prior notice. Any balance in a suspended account will be reviewed and managed in accordance with applicable rules.

4 Deposits

789phl accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). You must use a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may be returned, which could result in delays to your 789phl balance.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your 789phl account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 789phl account balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider, though processing times may vary by channel.
• 789phl does not charge a platform fee for deposits, but your payment provider or bank may apply its own charges.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable period, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

By depositing funds into 789phl, you confirm that the money originates from a legitimate source and that you are authorised to use the payment account. 789phl may request documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Funds that are tied to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. 789phl may ask for additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawal requests.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply and are shown in your account withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary by channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank transfers may take longer.
• 789phl does not charge a platform withdrawal fee, but your payment provider may apply its own charges for receiving funds.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed identity verification may be held until the verification process is complete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

789phl may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback arrangements, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this general section.

Standard conditions that apply to most 789phl bonuses unless stated otherwise include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is shown on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance.

7 Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

All games available on 789phl — including slots, card games, poker, sports betting, sabong, and jackpot slots — use certified Random Number Generator technology or draw results from verified live data sources, depending on the game type. Results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by 789phl, individual players, or third parties.

Game results displayed on your screen after a round or spin are final. If a technical error occurs during a game session, 789phl will refer to the server-side game log, which is the authoritative record. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server log, the server log takes precedence.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Transferring account balances to another player or accepting a transfer from another player outside of legitimate competition prize structures.
